What is your Service Area? We Service the east-Side of Harris County, as well as most of liberty County, and chambers county. I want to Pay Yearly During signup you will have the option to select between monthly or yearly payment options before activating your subscription. Please Note: Some plans may not be available for the yearly payment option. What if my system needs a repair? If your system has an alarm or needs repairs of any kind, we recommend calling our office and scheduling repairs before signing up for a contract with us. What kinds of septic systems do you service? We Service all Aerobic Treatment System Models Including Southern, Hoot Systems, Clearstream, Nyadic, and MultiFlo. We do not service drip systems, focusing only on spray dispersal. Can I pay by check? Due to the nature of auto-pay subscriptions, we cannot accept checks as payment for automatic contracts. However, you may call into our office and request us to mail a paper contract for you to sign, which you may then return with a check for a full 1-year payment What if i have a gate or dogs? Before signing the contract, there are sections for both gates and dogs where you may leave notes regarding any aggressive pets for us. Our technicians need safe & easy access to your septic system. What is your Cancellation Policy? Our plans are setup for 12 month terms. When you begin a automatic contract with us, we are filing that year-long contract with your county. Therefore, if you'd like to cancel your contract with us, we will have to process your request thru the county which takes 30 days due to TCEQ regulations (we recommend using this time to find another contract provider). If you're on a monthly plan, your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the 30-day period, upon confirmation of contract cancellation. We will cease inspections on your system and the amount you've paid thus far will not be refunded. If you're on a Yearly auto-renewing subscription, your payment for the year has already been made to us and we do not provide any refunds. However we will honor any inspections remaining on your contract term and will cancel your subscription. Please see our terms or contact us for full details. My County Sent Me A Letter If you've received a notice of violation regarding your septic system, or have an open citation for not having a contract, we can certainly help! When you signup for a septic contract online with Brighteyes, just check the box "the county sent me a letter" and we'll contact you after signup to help you through the process. We always perform an initial inspection of your septic system before filing your contract with the county to make sure your system is up to code with TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) This means that sometimes it may take a week or two for us to file your contract with the county after you've paid and signed it, since we have to pull your system's design from the county office to reference onsite during our initial inspection visit.
